Great Uncle Fishknife is Fughetta Faffner's uncle, another ghost. He helps to dematerialize Fughetta in the Ghost of Faffner Hall episode "Music Brings Us Together".

The puppet was originally used as one of the ghosts in the song "We Must Believe in Magic" on episode 402 of The Muppet Show.
