Grace Randolph NYCC

Randolph at New York Comic Con

Grace Randolph is a comic book writer and media presenter who hosts the YouTube channel "Beyond the Trailer."

In 2009, Randolph wrote Muppet Peter Pan, a four issue comic book mini-series for BOOM! Studios. The following year, she contributed two short stories for the Archaia Fraggle Rock comics: "Party, Doozer Style!" and "Wembley and the Great Dream-Capade!"

Randolph's performance background, including her YouTube channel and work with Upright Citizens Brigade, "informs her approach to writing Muppets."[1]

โ€œIt's not my job to reinvent the Muppets, but to take them on a new adventure that lives up to their stellar reputation... the Muppets themselves are comedy performers, and a lot of their humor comes from the mentality and predicaments of comedy performers. It takes one to know one... and to write one![1]โ€

Randolph's writing for other comics include Marvel Her-oes, StarCraft: Frontline, and issue 41 of Justice League Unlimited for DC Comics.

On her YouTube channel, she has interviewed the writers of Muppet fan blog Tough Pigs, and published reviews of several Muppet projects. [1]
