"Go with the Flow" is the Marjory the Trash Heap's sung birthday wisdom to Boober in the Fraggle Rock episode "Marooned." She is accompanied by Philo and Gunge (as well as Mokey and Red) as they advise Boober to stop worrying so much and "focus on the positive."

The song is later resung in Lucky Fargy by Marjory the Trash Heap and Philo and Gunge.
