Gloat, a green frackle, was one of Cosmo Scam's henchmen in The Great Santa Claus Switch.

The puppet used for Gloat would be reused in later productions as a generic utility monster. The puppet, known as the Green Frackle, would change performer, attire, role, name and even gender depending on the production needs.
