Glindagestion, the Good Witch of the Lower Intestine, appears in the "Cookie's Crumby Pictures" production of The Cookie of Oz. Because of her name, her appearances throughout the film are punctuated by her belching. The character is a spoof of Glinda the Good Witch from The Wizard of Oz.
She is the first to encounter visitor Dough-rothy as she arrives in Oz, looking for the titular Cookie of Oz. From her gaseous bubble, Glindagestion gives Dough-rothy instructions on how to get there - follow the chocolate chip road, do the opposite of what the Cookie Tin Man says, then finally enter the emerald green door. To further help the monster, she teaches her how to do a "memory chant," taking pieces of each direction in order to do some short-hand remembering. She periodically checks in with Dough-rothy whenever she stays from the chant (and is pelted with a flying monkey upon each mistake) to remind her of the directions.
Once Dough-rothy reaches the Cookie of Oz, she discovers it's a mere projection. Glindagestion re-appears and does some remembering of her own; she remembers that the Cookie of Oz actually refers to the cookie slippers Dough-rothy has been wearing the entire time (which she naturally begins to eat).
