Giancarlo Esposito (b. 1958) is a Danish-born, half-Italian, half-African-American character actor, best known for portraying Buggin’ Out in Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing, Gustavo "Gus" Fring on the AMC series Breaking Bad, and appearing as a series regular during the final season of Homicide: Life on the Street.
On Sesame Street, Esposito portrayed Big Bird's camp counselor Mickey during episodes 1706 through 1710, which aired during 1982.
Esposito's other credits include playing Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian, a recurring character on Once Upon a Time, and appearances on CSI: Miami, Law & Order, NYPD Blue, Community, and Miami Vice.
