"Get Along" is a Sesame Street doo-wop song about cooperation and how many separate parts can come together to make a great song. It was sung by Kermit the Frog, some Anything Muppet greasers, Yip Yip Martians, Twiddlebugs, and a cow.

• The song is a parody of the song "Get a Job" by the Silhouettes.

• The backing Muppet vocals heard in the song were provided by a New York-based a capella group called "The Lemmings," who also supplied vocals for another Sesame Street segment, counting forty lemmings. The group itself consisted of alumni from "The Williams Octet." ^[1]
