The Genie and Wembley
The Genie is a creature from Fraggle Rock. In "Wembley and the Mean Genie," he tries to convince Wembley that he can do whatever he wants, and no one can stand in his way. He eventually hypnotizes the whole rock into believing just that.
The Encyclopedia Fragglia lists the Genie as coming from "a broken bottle" (a fact that enlists a sympathic sigh from Gobo). It also lists the Genie's good deeds as: stealing, lying and breaking things. His bad deeds are too terrible to mention.
