The Genie is a creature from Fraggle Rock

 Episode 309: Wembley and the Mean Genie. He tries to convince Wembley that he can do whatever he wants, and no one can stand in his way. He eventually hypnotizes the whole rock into believeing just that. Perormed by Richard Hunt
