Gaute Boris Skjegstad (b. 1983) voiced Elmo and other characters in Fagerpels Hotell, the Norwegian dub of The Furchester Hotel.
Skjegstad has been doing dubbing work since he was 10; some of his roles as a child include Disney's Pinocchio and Christopher Robin in the Winnie the Pooh series. Since then, he has been heard in many cartoon series (i.e. as Shaggy in Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated), as well as various acting roles in movies and on the stage.
Some of his other credits include serving as dubbing director on The Smurfs and Wreck-It Ralph.
