"Garden Song" is a Sesame Street song from the prime-time TV special Growing Hope Against Hunger.

Brad Paisley sings the song in voice-over, with shots of people planting and picking plants from the Community Garden. Elmo, Rosita, Lily and the other gardeners join in the song, which conveys the importance of planting a garden that not only provides food, but help and hope for others.
