Kermit's nephew Robin in his Frog Scout outfit was featured in the seventh series of Palisades Toys' line of Jim Henson's Muppets action figures. Robin was seen as a frog scout on The Muppet Show in episode 509: Debbie Harry, the TV special John Denver and the Muppets: Rocky Mountain Holiday, Nickelodeon's Muppet Time inserts, and the book The Muppets Go Camping.

Robin came with a backpack, Frog Scout handbook, campfire, stick with roasted marshmallows, a pack of Trail Mix and a trunk. Robin's backpack fits on his back, and the frog scout manual fits inside. The trunk also came with stickers - one of the eight included stickers featured a photo of a bear - identical to Bobo .

Articulation of the figure included neck, ball joint shoulders, elbows, waist, hips, and legs.

An exclusive Frog Scout Leader Kermit Action Figure would be released later. A regular naked Robin figure, in seated position, would be included with the exclusive The Rainbow Connection Kermit Action Figure.
