Officer Frank Meany is an airport security guard seen in the television special Letters to Santa. He works alongside Bobo the Bear. Officer Meany is bitter and rude, which, the Muppets discover, is because of his being a bully as a child, which in turn led to his getting on Santa's naughty list and denying him the red tricycle he wanted for Christmas.
