Frank Kelly (b. 1938) is an Irish actor and comedian, best known for playing the irascible, deranged priest Father Jack on the BBC sitcom Father Ted. In 2000, Kelly played the pontificating Uncle Matt in the Jim Henson Pictures film Rat.

Kelly began his television career on the children's series Wanderly Wagon in 1968, and the following year, played a bit part as a prisoner in The Italian Job (with Michael Caine and Timothy Bateson). Other TV credits range from Remington Steele to the sci-fi series Lexx.
