Francisco Costa (b. 1961) is the creative director of the Calvin Klein Collection and a fashion designer. He was featured with Grover in the September 2009 issue of Harper's Bazaar, in a fashion spread celebrating Sesame Street's 40th Anniversary.

Before working for Calvin Klein, Costa took classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, and worked for Herbert Rounick's company, which made dresses for Oscar de la Renta.
