Frances Foster (1924–1997) was an American film, television and stage actress, who played Susan's Mother in episode 2125 of Sesame Street.

Foster's other credits include Law & Order, the soap operas The Guiding Light, All My Children, Ryan's Hope and One Life to Live and the sitcom Good Times.
