Fozzicus the Witty is an ancestor of Baby Fozzie, one of several appearing in "Lost in Time," the featured story in the May 1986 issue of the Muppet Babies comic book. Fozzicus is the official comedian to Hannibal during the Punic wars. Hannibal is especially amused by his elephant joke.
