Four Grouches Named Moe and Oscar is a grouch singing group lead by Oscar as seen in a 1997 episode of Sesame Street. When Telly starts his own band, Oscar declines his offer to join, as he's already in his own band. The four other members (all named Moe) arrive and sing "Big Bad Mess" for Telly. The group offers a spot for Telly, but he declines and the group continues their practice, but with "less harmony".

Performers of the four Moes include David Rudman and Kevin Clash, and the name is a take off of the Broadway musical Five Guys Named Moe.
