Floyd Pepper was featured in the second wave of Palisades Toys' Muppet action figures, made in honour of The Muppet Show's 25th anniversary. It was the first figural toy of Floyd.

Like the Fozzie Action Figure, Floyd's hat was magnetic.

Two different versions of Floyd were sold: one with his regular red shirt and a red bass, and a repaint with a blue shirt and a white bass. The repaint was harder to find.
