Flash Harry entered Mopatop's Shop in the episode "Fine the Way You Are".

His only interest is to take photos and they have to be beautiful. He first came into the shop to take a picture and had Puppyduck and Mopatop pose for him. The second time he came into the shop he thought he could smell a warthog, and he would just love to get a picture of a warthog, thinking they are beautiful. Luckily for him Doreen Warthog had just entered to get a makeover; however he was not impressed with the idea and convinced that she was fine the way that she was. He took a picture to prove it, and was sure it could possibly be the most beautiful picture in the entire world.

The puppet was originally used as Mudwell the Mudbunny on Fraggle Rock and had a role in Muppet Treasure Island. He was also used in various other roles on Mopatop's Shop as well.
