Finicky is a friend of Cookieness EverEat in the "Cookie's Crumby Pictures" production of The Hungry Games: Catching Fur. His name is a play on the Hunger Games character Finnick.

He assists Cookieness in the latest Hungry Games competition, helping her solve food-related patterns. He refuses to eat any of the food items used in the games, as his name reflects his picky food choices. He later delivers the bad news to the harried Cookieness that the studio is working on a third film in the franchise.
