The Hole to Who-Knows-Where is an as of yet, not fully explored location featured in Episode 312: Gobo's School for Explorers. The location of the Hole to Who-Knows-Where is found after Gobo falls down from Clifftop Rest. It is ultimately discovered that the Hole to Who-Knows-Where ends in the Fraggle's Great Hall.
