Tyco made a series of 12 collectible Sesame Street PVC figures (labeled as Sesame Street Collectibles) in 1998. Each figure was available separately or in packs of three, and, much like the concurrently-released Sesame Street Beans, came with a card featuring three facts about the character the figure was of.

A 30th anniversary set was released around the same time, featuring all 12 figures listed above and an exclusive Mr. Snuffleupagus figure.

When the Sesame Street toy line was rebranded under the Fisher-Price label in 1999, most of the pre-existing figures were repackaged to reflect this change. The following figures were added to the assortment:

Another figure set, which included Elmo, Telly, Oscar, Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster, Grover, Zoe, Rosita, the Two-Headed Monster, and the Honker, was also released in 1999.
