Lieutenant Orn is a Peacekeeper officer under the command of Crais, he appeared in the episodes "That Old Black Magic" and "Into the Lion's Den (1): Lambs to the Slaughter".

He voiced his concern about Crais not giving the pilots any rest, and attempted to convince Lt. Teeg that he should be removed from command. She managed to overrule his suggestion.
