Nicholas Hammond (b. 1950) is an actor who played Friedrich von Trapp opposite Julie Andrews in the 1965 film The Sound of Music and starred as Spider-Man in the 1970s TV series and two TV movies. Relocated to Australia, Hammond guest starred on Farscape in "Terra Firma" and "A Constellation of Doubt." In both appearances, he had the "talking head" on TV role of Dr. Adrian Walker, xenobiologist.
Hammond's other credits include guest spots on Gunsmoke, Mission: Impossible, The Brady Bunch, The Love Boat, and Murder, She Wrote. He also appeared on the soap opera General Hospital in 1985, as Adrian Dunbar, and played District Attorney Deering in two episodes of Falcon Crest.
