Sesam Stasjon walk-around characters

Full-body walk-around puppet/costumes of Max Mekker, Alfa and Bjarne Betjent, the Muppet stars of Sesam Stasjon, were created to promote the Norwegian co-production of Sesame Street. The characters were used at live appearances at the Lørenskog train station, the outdoor location of Sesam Stasjon.

In one episode of the show, Alfa won a scriptwriting contest, writing about her life at Sesam Stasjon. The script was turned into a "film" during the episodes, and actors played the roles of Alfa, Max Mekker and Bjarne Betjent, using the full-body walk-around costumes.
