Mama Duck

Mama Duck is the mother of Harry the Duck and his new little sister, Hallie. She normally lives with them both at the Otter Pond, which they call the Duck Pond.

Mama Duck apparently comes from Russia, as evidenced by her accent and her occasional use of phrases. She is normally seen wearing a red babushka with white flower patterns.
