Medicom produced one series of Muppet Show Kubricks in Japan in 2004.
Kubricks are fully articulated figures with interchangeable body parts and very basic geometric body sculpts, similar to LEGO figures. The figures are packed in identical "blind boxes" that do not indicate which figure is being purchased. The practice of blind boxing toys is more prominent in Japan, where the trading of figures is encouraged.
In each case of 24 figures, the following characters were made:
- Kermit the Frog (6 figures per case)
- Miss Piggy (5 figures per case)
- Fozzie Bear (5 figures per case)
- Sam the Eagle (5 figures per case)
- Gonzo (3 figures per case)
- Secret Figure: Beaker
In 2008, Supreme commissioned for an exclusive Kermit the Frog Kubrick to be sold in their stores.
