Guests in the segment were Diablo Cody, Jim Norton, Adam Carolla, and Meghan McCain. A clip of Ernie deciding to eat cookies in Bert's bed (First: Episode 0282) is shown. McCain suggests they should be married, Carolla says Bert is with Count von Count and Ernie is with Mr. Snuffleupagus. Cody doesn't care, instead complaining about Elmo's narcissism, while Norton suggests there's more serious issues, citing that Oscar still lives in a garbage can.
