Mattel produced a series of Sesamstraat plush figures in 2004.

The following characters were made:

Tommie and Purk were not produced.

The Pino doll is the first piece of merchandise based on the "modern" Pino with colorful head feathers, a shorter beak, and yellow feathers around his eyes.
