Hot Dog!

Hot Dog! was a popular magazine for children in the 1980s. The Muppets appeared on the front cover three times.

Kermit the Frog was featured on the first issue in 1979, with an article about The Muppet Movie.

Miss Piggy was featured on the cover and in a four page article about the release of The Great Muppet Caper in issue number 9. The article was written by Jane Stine.

Issue 21 included a three-page cover story on Fraggle Rock, which tied in to the show's 1983 premiere.

Issue 38 from 1986, featured an article about the Muppet Babies.
