Plot	The Grouch olympic games

Picture	Segment	Description
	Scene	Mehmet loves sports and Rumpel asks him if he has ever heard of the Grouch Olympics; that's real sports. Mehmet is interested in hearing more about it, so Rumpel tells him that there are three very hard Grouch events, and when you finish you get a medal. Mehmet wants to try it right away.
	Muppets	Ernie is a coach for his baseball team of three balls. In front of him are three small caps and a huge cap. Each of the balls tries on the big cap and gets completely covered up. Ernie puts the small caps on them, and they're ready to start. As Ernie wonders where that huge cap came from, a basketball named Big Bill (captain of the opposing team) bounces in, demanding his cap back. Ernie ends up postponing the game once he sees the competition.
	Cartoon	The Ball Channel features "If Balls Didn't Bounce".
	Scene	Rumpel has prepared the first event for the Grouch Olympics. He tells Mehmet that it's the ring toss.
	Film	Kids playing soccer.
	Muppets	Pferd introduces Wolle, who will jump down from a high pole into a bucket of water. After Pferd proves that Wolle can jump, he gets thirsty and drinks from the bucket.
	Muppets	Zoe introduces a film of dancers from the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater dancing to classical music with kids to show that everyone can dance.
	Scene	Mehmet scores a direct hit on Rumpel in the ring toss. At first Mehmet apologizes, but Rumpel doesn't care; he is very impressed by how good Mehmet is at throwing, and congratulates him for passing the first event. Then they proceed to the second event. The second event is mud lifting. Mehmet has to lift two buckets of lovely mud. Mehmet thinks they are very heavy but proceeds to lift the buckets up and down.
	Animation	Isadora's sneakers describe all the fun they've had this past year, as the seasons change.
	Muppets	Sesame Street News Flash: The Tortoise and the Hare — Kermit wins the race between tortoise and the hare.
	Film	A film about what feet can do.
	Scene	Mehmet has reached ten lifts of the mud buckets, and at the last lift Mehmet tips the buckets and gets mud on his shirt. Once again, Rumpel is very impressed with what he has seen and Mehmet passes the second event as well.
	Film	A montage of kids playing. From Elmo's World
	Muppets	Grover takes several dogs for a walk, explaining that dogs need exercise as much as people do.
	Film	Tim the chef makes muffins with kids.
	Scene	The third event is the junk scooter race. Mehmet starts the race on the curse Rumpel has provided. After going around a few times the scooter breaks, and Mehmet has thereby passed the third event. Rumpel goes to fetch his medal, a rotten piece of cheese.
