The monster and Frackle henchmen of Cosmo Scam in The Great Santa Claus Switch.

As Ed Sullivan describes them in the special: "So Santa Claus had been mysteriously led away by two weird creatures who worked for Cosmo Scam. And deep beneath the North Pole, in the cave of the wicked magician, there was much excitement. Even Cosmo's furry henchmen, the Frackles, were nervous."

	Thog Thog would later become a recurring monster on The Muppet Show. Thog is the only monster to retain the name given in the special. Performer: Jerry Nelson
	Lothar The puppet would be refurbished for an unnamed dragon on The Muppet Show. Performer: Jim Henson
	Boppity Also known as the "Blue Frackle",^[1] the puppet would later become a nameless Frackle on The Muppet Show and subsequent productions. Performer: Frank Oz
	Snarl Also known as the "Cigar Box Frackle",^[2] the puppet would later become Gonzo for The Muppet Show and subsequent productions. Performer: Danny Seagren
	Snivelly Also known as the "Dripsnout Frackle",^[3] the puppet would later become Droop for The Muppet Show and subsequent productions. Performer: Jerry Nelson
	Snickery Also known as a Snerf. There were multiple Snickery and Snerf in the background during some scenes.
	Scoff Also known as "Blue Frackle" in Henson's notes, the puppet would later become a nameless Frackle on The Muppet Show and subsequent productions.
	Gloat Also known as "Green Frackle",^[4] the puppet would later become a nameless Frackle on The Muppet Show and subsequent productions. Performer: Greg Antonacci
	Unnamed Also known as "Snake Frackle",^[5] The puppet would later become a nameless Frackle on The Muppet Show and subsequent productions. Performer: John Lovelady
	Unnamed Featured as the guard. The puppet resembles a horned and beaked version of Thig. Performer: Richard Hunt

Other Henchmen consisted of several reused monsters, including an owl-headed spider (recycled from The Musical Monsters of Turkey Hollow), Fred, Billy (with eyelids), and an altered Flute-Snatcher.
