Emily Wilson is an improv comedian and comedy writer. She is a producer on The Muppets TV series and has written several episodes.
Wilson's background is in improv and sketch comedy, including a stint with the Chicago Second City troupe. In television, she joined Cougar Town in 2013 as a writer, moving on to become executive story editor and co-producer. She also appeared on the show as Bonnie in four episodes. She also wrote (and guest starred in) an episode of Shrink and appeared in New Girl.
