Tramp is one of the bar and grill patrons in Dog City. Tramp is shown sharing a pasta meal with a cocker spaniel in a scene that spoofs the Disney animated film Lady and the Tramp.

The puppet was reused in other roles on the series version of Dog City, and in other Henson productions.
