Bert and Ernie On the Go is a 1981 Sesame Street pop-up book featuring Bert and Ernie. Bert and Ernie take a car trip, and they see lots of different kinds of transportation along the way. They see Grover flying an airplane, Granny Fanny Nesselrode landing a helicopter, and a group of monsters driving a van. Bert takes a balloon trip, and they go inner tubing down a river. At the end of the book, Ernie and Bert get into a rocket that takes off into space.
