4606b
SCENE Elmo hands out his Valentine's Day cards to the kids as he sings about the holiday. After giving one to Rosita, he shows the viewer a special card he's made. Oscar makes sure it's not for him; he hates all this "lovely-dovey" nonsense. Elmo assures him it's for Abby and that everyone has promised to leave Oscar alone this Valentine's Day. Elmo heads off, while Oscar begins enjoying his annoyance-free day.
4606c
SCENE cont'd Meanwhile at Hooper's Store, Abby is preparing a special gift of her own for Elmo, with Alan's help. Together, they've made some heart-shaped cookies and Alan puts them in the oven to bake.

4606e
SCENE cont'd Elmo sets off to give his card to Abby, when he's distracted by a playful puppy who wants to play fetch. Elmo plays for a bit, then heads off, forgetting his card on the Bike Shop worktable. The puppy makes off with it instead of his stick. Elmo and Abby run into each other, when Elmo realizes his card is gone! He rushes back to the Bike Shop, only to find it's missing.

4606g
SCENE cont'd Postman Grover stops by Oscar's trash can to make a special delivery. Oscar assumes someone has actually sent him a card, but it turns out to be a teeny, tiny valentine for Slimey. Elmo asks Grover if he has his card within his mailbag, but Grover has not seen a card like that, except for the one a puppy has in his mouth.
4606h

4606i
SCENE cont'd Abby checks in on her cookies, which still aren't ready. Just as she leaves, Elmo tells Alan the dog has his card. They chase the dog all over the street (bumping into Grover in the process), when Elmo finally gets the idea to stop him by giving him his stick instead. Elmo finds his card has now been all torn-up and ruined; he can't give it to Abby in such condition. Alan hears his smoke alarm going off and realizes he's forgotten about Abby's cookies.
4606j
SCENE cont'd Rosita comes across Oscar, who's feeling sad because no one's given him a valentine, which always makes him feel Grouchy. Rosita hands him a card made by Slimey, putting him in the perfect Grouchy mood.
4606k

4606l
SCENE cont'd Alan shows Abby that her cookies have unfortunately been burnt. Abby doesn't think they are in any condition to be given to Elmo, who overhears and loves them, knowing that they were made with love. Alan convinces Elmo that Abby will feel the same about his own gift. Elmo hands Abby his mangled card and she loves it too, knowing the love that went into it.

Muppets Cookie's Crumby Pictures presents Twilight: Breaking Cookie (Rated SC: For Self-Control)
Cookie Monster plays Shortbread-ward, a Yumpire with an uncontrollable cookie thirst and is in love for the deadpan Belly. Bacob, a wolf, also loves Belly and doesn't think Shortbread-ward will ever control himself enough to be a suitable partner. He gives Shortbread-ward a strategy to control himself - exercises to take his mind off cookies. He does some Yumpire activities, like flying and leaping from waterfalls, but still can't control himself. When given an ultimatum by Belly, he talks himself out of eating cookies and proposes to her. At the wedding, Bacob brings a cookie cake. Belly has now turned into a Yumpire and begins devouring it, while Shortbread-ward begs her to control herself. ("Crumby Pictures" intro and Cookie's line, "Me could take it or leave it," cut)
