Song-Grouchology

4260b
SCENE At night, Gordon welcomes the viewer while delivering some trash to Oscar the Grouch. He finds him at his trash can on his laptop, about to take an online course in Grouchology from P.U. (Putrid University). On the video feed, some Pesties introduce star teacher Nikola Messla and they sing their school song. Professor Messla gives Oscar's his first Grouchology question to answer - what do worms like to squirm on best? To find the answer, he must set up a Grouch experiment while obeying three rules - he must observe the worms, record his findings and, most importantly, annoy someone in the process. Oscar is ready to start some science and goes off to experiment.
4260c
SCENE cont'd At Hooper's Store, Alan is closing up shop, when Oscar appears to conduct his experiment. He covers the clean counter with coffee grounds and olive oil and Alan begrudgingly lets Oscar proceed ("Future Grouch generations will thank you, Alan!"). Some worms appear and start to squirm in the oil, while one worm goes with the coffee grounds. Oscar records this on his Grouch notepad and abandons Alan with the worms and the mess.
4260d
SCENE cont'd Oscar reports his findings to Professor Messla and concludes worms like to squirm in olive oil the best. Professor Messla is impressed and provides him with his next investigation - what stinky smell will make people scram?
4260e
SCENE cont'd Oscar watches from a distance as Leela and Gina play checkers. He wafts the stench of an onion and old cheese their way, but they remain put. He breaks out his secret weapon - his stinky socks, which drives them away.
4260f
SCENE cont'd Oscar reports back to Messla again, who provides him with his final question, and the most important - what sound is loud enough to wake up Maria and Luis? Oscar jumps at the idea and dashes off again.
4260g

4260h
SCENE cont'd Oscar appears in their bedroom and starts rattling cans. The noise wakes up a confused Maria, but not Luis. Oscar starts a "Grouch vuvuzela solo," which once again only wakes Maria and makes her angry. She yells at him so loudly, Luis is woken up. Oscar records this on his notepad and leaves. Luis doesn't understand what's happening and Maria tells him she'll explain in the morning.
4260i
SCENE cont'd Oscar's final experiment is a success and he receives his B.O. degree in Grouchology. After they sing him a graduation song (to the tune of "Pomp and Circumstance"), they have a loud, annoying celebration.

Muppets Murray is excited for Abby's Flying Fairy School, when he hears some thunder. He does not have an umbrella and thinks he can fashion one himself, but what will he make it with? "ยกVamos a averiguarlo!," says Ovejita as they look for an answer. At the American Museum of Natural History, the group are introduced to different materials that their umbrellas will be made of. Murray presents some segments while we wait for the construction...

Muppets G: The G Club is preparing for the G-gionals and sings a short song about the guh sound of G. Gym teacher Sue and her Geerios arrive and sing their own song, which stresses the juh sound. As the two groups argue over which sound is the correct one, the actual letter G appears to explain he makes both sounds. The two work together and sing a song about both sounds.

Muppets / Animation Abby's Flying Fairy School
Today is Picture Day, and all the students have made themselves up nice, except for Gonnigan, who's having a bad hair day. Abby conjures up some "Rapunzel-Brand Hair Gel" and, because he has so much hair, uses the whole container on him. While it makes a suave hairdo at first, it soon begins to grow out of control (while Blogg measures its length using Niblet). Abby tries using a baret and Blogg uses a stove-pipe hat to control his hair, but it ends up getting even longer and grabbing hold of everyone. After a twinkle-think, Abby conjures up Papino the Pixie, a barber who cuts his hair to normal length and the class takes their picture.

Muppets Super Grover 2.0
At a Rodent Restaurant, a mouse can't bring his customer his wedge of cheese because the kitchen door closes before he can go through it. Super Grover 2.0 arrives to help. He tries placing a marshmallow in front of the door to hold it open, but it proves to be too light and Grover slams into the door. He then places something heavier - an upright piano, which blocks the doorway completely. Grover swings the door open in frustration and it sticks itself over his foot. The mouse discovers they must wedge something under the door to keep it open. The only thing available is the wedge of cheese. Once on the other side, Grover removes the cheese and the door sends him flying, spilling the customer's meal.
