SCENE 2 Oscar has arrived on the street with Abelardo, having been notified of his arrival by Pancho (who also sent some stale tortillas). Oscar leaves Abelardo in Telly's hands and claims he's taught him some English - the word "Scram!" Telly is pleased to see he can communicate a little with Abelardo and leads him to Big Bird's nest. However, they discover Big Bird isn't there! They both begin to search for him, as Telly remarks, "How hard could it be to find an eight-foot, yellow bird on Sesame Street?"
