SCENE 2 Over at his newsstand, Oscar bones up on cell phone knowledge by reading a magazine. To make sure he has a good one, he tries calling Luis at the Fix-It Shop. Telly, who's helping out, answers and tells Luis to meet up with Oscar, claiming it's important. Luis rushes to his trash can, but finds he's not home. When he returns, Oscar calls again. Before he can fully explain himself, Luis hangs up in anger. Oscar theorizes his phone is a special one that has the power to make anyone he calls angry.
