SCENE 1 Now it's Telly's turn to be the leader, but Telly isn't so sure he'd make a good leader - he's never been one before. He approaches Gordon about his problem, and actually uses his own logic (without Gordon's help) to convince himself that he should try being the leader. He tries to walk like a choo-choo train, but he trips and falls ... and so does Rosita, who still thinks Telly is a great leader.

SCENE 2 Some kids have joined Telly and Rosita's game of "Follow the Leader." They have a great time around Oscar's trash can until a grumpy Grundgetta interrupts them and tells them to play somewhere else. Gordon suggests that Grundgetta could play along with them, but she begs to differ. Rosita says she'd be welcome to join, and Telly explains that the game involves doing what the leader does, which inspires Grundgetta: she appoints herself the leader, and tells everyone to stop playing the game. Rosita leads the rest of them in a game of tag, and they all run off.
