SCENE 1 After singing "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed," Placido Flamingo disrupts Bob from singing "The Eensy Weensy Spider" with Telly and the kids, claiming no one can lead a song but him, even if he doesn't know any non-opera songs. Bob finishes the song and Placido thinks it's nothing compared to the opera he's performed: "The Spider's Feelings." He thinks they can perform it today and assigns everyone roles, including Bob as the titular spider.
