	SCENE 4	David closes up Hooper's Store on a dark and stormy evening. He thinks it would be best if Barkley comes and spends the night with him instead of out in the rain, so he calls out to him. When the dog doesn't respond quickly, David finds Barkley cowering behind the crates in the yard, afraid of the thunder and lightning. David calms him down as he leads him to his home.
	Muppets	Ernie & Bert — A tough guy named Tough Eddie accidentally knocks over Bert's sand castle while he's sleeping. Ernie points that out to Eddie, and Eddie tells Ernie, in a threatening tone of voice, that he's "got something" for Bert. It turns out to be an ice cream cone. (First: Episode 0482)

	SCENE 5	The rainstorm has settled into an easy rain as David and Barkley get ready for bed. Barkley hops onto David's bed, but David instructs him to sleep on the rug instead. Barkley at first gets under it, then on the armchair before he begins to howl and whine. David shows Barkley how to sleep on the rug, but finally gives up and permits the dog to sleep wherever he'd like. Barkley rushes over and flops down on David's bed.
