Gordon helps him into his tiny, worm bed and uses an eyedropper to give him some orange juice (which Oscar has stocked to wash his car with). He leaves Slimey in Oscar's care before he leaves, asking him to think "doctor" rather than "Grouch"; Oscar considers giving Slimey a bill.

Additionally, Oscar is out of orange juice and he can't stand Slimey's now chipper attitude.
