Fiesta! is a Sesame Street direct-to-video special released in February 1998, compiling several of the show's bilingual segments, including guest spots by Celia Cruz and Linda Ronstadt. The framing story features the Sesame Street residents preparing a fiesta.

	FRAME 1	Maria hands out various musical instruments to the kids and tells the viewer that they'll be having a carnaval: a big street party that includes costumes, music, and dancing. Rosita unveils a decorated wagon, which will act as a float — or carroza in Spanish — for the carnaval. Elmo is eager to try out the float, and the kids all get in at once, which causes it to break.
	Muppets / Celebrity	Celia Cruz and the Anything Muppets sing "Numero Comparsa." (First: Episode 2318)
	Muppets	Betty Lou learns some Spanish words from her friend Carlos, including "Amigo." (First: Episode 2042) (first chorus and second verse omitted)
	FRAME 2	While Maria fixes the float at the Fix-It Shop, Gabi prepares the costumes. She checks in with Elmo, who claims he's decided what he'll dress up as, but ends up listing several different choices. Rosita isn't sure what to be either and decides to make it a surprise. She comments that she loves any kind of party.
	Muppets	Rosita sings "Fiesta," about the difference between a siesta and a fiesta. (First: Episode 3368)
	FRAME 3	The kids, all wearing antennas, surprise Maria with their costumes. Oscar barges in and everyone has him guess what Elmo is dressed as. Oscar tries to resist and demands that they stop bugging him, accidentally getting the answer correct.

	FRAME 4	Everyone practices the conga. Elmo adds a "wiggle-wiggle" into the dance, and after some debate, the whole group decides to wiggle too.

	Muppets	The Hispanic community of Anything Muppets sings "It Sure Is Hot!" (First: Episode 2601)
	FRAME 5	The float is finally fixed, but Maria advises that only one of the kids ride on it this time. Elmo volunteers since he's the smallest, but he dives onto the float, causing it to break again. He promises to find a new float... somewhere.
	Muppets	"South America Way" (First: Episode 3105) (second part omitted)
	FRAME 6	While the kids sit and mope, Elmo brings a pineapple, saying that — just like Cinderella's carriage — a fairy godmother will turn the pineapple into a float. Elmo calls for his fairy godmother, at which point Oscar arrives in his Sloppy Jalopy. He refuses to help by lending the car as a float for the carnaval, but Gabi points out that the car would be decorated "with great looking trash." Oscar is enticed by the prospect of trashing up his car and changes his mind.

	FRAME 7	Maria dresses as a Queen Bee, and announces the beginning of the carnaval. Elmo and Rosita dance to a conga supplied by some Anything Muppet musicians. The carroza arrives, driven by Oscar, and lets off the kids who join the festivities. Everybody congas as the credits roll.
