Felix the Fearless is a tan Fraggle with green and gray hair who serves as head of the Fraggle Rescue Squad on Fraggle Rock. He possesses a high-pitched voice which contrasts with his name and reputation (as well as his oversized outfit), and values bureaucracy over practical methods. He appeared in "Marooned" and "Wembley's Wonderful Whoopie Water".
