Felicity is a student in the School in the Afternoon segment "Another School," (a parody of the soap opera Another World). When her friend Bruno asks her about the man in the front of the room teaching mathematics, she tells him that he's the teacher, who helps the students learn.

She also appeared in a segment of "The People in Your Neighborhood", where she is a patient of a dentist.

Felicity has been performed by M. Elizabeth Houston (for the soap opera parody) and Kevin Clash (in the "Neighborhood" song).
