"Feel So Bad" is sung by Wembley and the other Fraggles in response to Gobo being trapped in Outer Space in the Fraggle Rock episode "Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk." However, the tempo increases throughout the song and becomes less sorrowful, leading Wembley to remark, "Singing that sad song made us much too happy."
The song is reprised at the end of the episode, with the word "glad" substituted for "bad," as Gobo has been rescued. He joins in the song.
