Federico Fellini was a tempermental director from the 2000 season of Plaza Sesamo, often shouting at his actors or producing ridiculous films. He's made from the orange Multimuppet (equivalent to Sesame's Anything Muppets, and wore a blue shirt with tan vest, a long silver ponytail, and his eyes were a pair of tinted shades.
His name and personality are a reference to the real-life film director by the same name, Fellini.
