Fatatita is The Count's pet cat.
Appearing mostly in illustrated form (where her name is misspelled as Fatatatita), she's pictured in the 1980 book The Sesame Street Dictionary, and gives birth to kittens in The Sesame Street Sun: Fata, Tata, Tati, Tita and Orange Marmalade.
She also makes an "appearance" in a sketch in which The Count does subtraction with some extinguishing electric candles. She is not seen on screen, but after The Count has eliminated all the light in the room, she can be heard when he steps on her. The Count refers to her here by name, clearly omitting the extra vowel found in her illustrated appearances.
